This utility lets you run a program with parameters typed through a dialog box.

If UAC is enabled and you wish to run the program with elevated privileges to make changes in protected files by the system, then check the "Run As Administrator" option.

This utility is displayed only for files with the following extension: .exe, .dll, .bat.
